1. Eligibility for Returns

- The item should be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories (if any).
- The request for return must be placed within 7 days of the product being delivered.
- The item must not fall under non-returnable categories (see below).
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene or safety concerns. These include but are not limited to:
- Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear
- Cosmetics and beauty products (unless unopened and sealed)
- Perishable or consumable goods
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Clearance or final sale products
2. Return Process
We strive to make the return process as smooth and easy as possible. Here’s how it works:
Step-by-Step:
- Initiate a Return Request
Log in to your StyleSpot account, go to “My Orders,” and select the item you wish to return. Click on “Request Return” and choose the reason for return. - Return Approval & Pickup
Once your return request is approved, our courier partner will be assigned to pick up the item. This usually takes 2-5 business days. Please ensure the item is securely packed. - Quality Check
After the item is received at our return center, it will undergo a quality check. This process usually takes 2-3 working days. - Refund Issued
If the item passes the quality check, your refund will be processed as per the original payment method or via store credit.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued after successful inspection of the returned item. Here are the refund options:
- Online Payment (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking): Refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded as StyleSpot store credit or to your bank account after bank details are provided.
- Store Credit/Gift Cards: Refunded back to your StyleSpot Wallet and can be used on future purchases.
4. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order separately.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Damaged or Incorrect Item: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, StyleSpot will bear the full return shipping cost.
- Customer Preference: If you’re returning an item because of personal preference (e.g., size issue, changed mind), return shipping costs may be borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated during promotional periods.
6. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet. To cancel, visit the “My Orders” section of your account and select “Cancel.” Once the order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can initiate a return after receiving the product.
Note: Prepaid order cancellations may take 5-7 working days to process your refund to the original payment method.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please follow these steps:
- Take clear photos or videos of the item showing the issue.
- Email us at support@stylespot.online within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- Include your order number and contact details.
- We will verify the issue and arrange for a free pickup and full refund or replacement, as per your preference.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank or payment account again.
- Contact your bank or payment provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@stylespot.online or call our helpline.
9. StyleSpot Wallet Refunds
Refunds processed to your StyleSpot Wallet will be reflected within 24 hours after the return is approved. Wallet credits can be used for any future purchase and do not expire.
10. Policy for Bulk Orders or Special Promotions
Returns for bulk orders or special discounted items may be subject to additional conditions. Please refer to specific terms provided at the time of purchase.
11. International Orders
At this time, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for international orders due to high logistics costs. Please carefully review the size chart and product descriptions before placing your order.
12. Changes to This Policy
StyleSpot reserves the right to change or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. We encourage you to check this page regularly.
